21 Days of Eating CLEAN | 7 Days of Eating RAW

Before we dive into this challenge, I want to take a moment to explain why we are following these eating instructions—not just because I said so, but so you can truly understand the purpose behind it.

I’ll be honest with you. There have been plenty of times when I joined a challenge or fast and just followed the rules without really knowing why—simply because that’s what was instructed. But if I’m keeping it real, I’ve never been a natural rule-follower. I’ve struggled with rebellion and doing what I’m told.

However, as I’ve gone through my radical transformation, the Lord has shown me that my breakthrough comes when I seek understanding and revelation.

So, if you’re joining this challenge, I want to break it down in a way that makes sense—the way I would want it explained to me.

“WITH ALL THY GETTING, GET AN UNDERSTANDING.”

The first-ever business meeting I had with the Lord, He gave me just one instruction:

“With all thy getting, get an understanding.” (Proverbs 4:7)

And that one word changed everything.

When I first started seeking God’s wisdom on women’s hair health, He told me:

“The issues and problems women are experiencing with their hair are physical conditions that must first be addressed spiritually.”

That was a revelation!

The health of your scalp and hair is a direct reflection of your overall health—mentally, emotionally, and physically.

Spirit, Soul & Body: The Foundation of Health

Our Spirit, Soul, and Body determine the state of our health—including the health of our hair!

That’s why eating clean and raw for these 28 days is not just a diet—it’s a form of alignment with God’s original design for our health.

So what we feed our Spirit, Soul, and Body matters!

  • Meat, Fish, Fruits, Veggies, Nuts, Seeds, Grains, and Legumes

2️⃣ Eat It as Close to Its Original State as Possible

  • Example: Eat the orange instead of drinking orange juice.

  • Your veggies shouldn’t be mushy!

3️⃣ DO NOT ALLOW FOOD TO BECOME YOUR GOD

  • Any addiction to food, coffee, or emotional eating is a sign that food has become an idol.

Food is One of the Origins of Our Thoughts

Another powerful revelation the Lord gave me is that food influences our thoughts.

If our thoughts, emotions, speech, and actions are not aligned as one, we will NOT see transformation—especially when it comes to our hair!
